The industrial holding Valcor Luxembourg, shareholder of Fin.part, it was split into society Valcor Corporate International and Neral Luxembourg, belonging respectively to the Family Arnaboldi and Gianluigi Facchini. Participation Valcor previously held by Luxembourg in Fin.part a result of the split has been attributed to 10.354% at Neral Luxembourg and 14% at Valcor Corporate International. Following this transaction Gianluigi Facchini holds a stake equal to 29.852% stake in Fin.part. The Board then appointed as the new President of Fin.part and Frette Gianluigi Facchini which incidentally holds the post of CEO of the Group.
